Excellent book for primary aerobatic maneuvers. The authors use a consistent format for each maneuver, which is very helpful. Great photographs and diagrams. I have about 10 books on aerobatics.

This and "Better Aerobatics" are my two favorites/5(17). This book is great - it really gives you all the background you could ever want about aerobatics and how to execute each maneuver.

The detailed science behind each portion of a maneuver empowers you to know whats happening at each point which helps you react /5(25). All about aerobatics is written by an experienced aerobatic pilot and instructor and is an authorative must-have reference in the field of aerobatics.

Much more than a 'how to' manual, it gives clear descriptions, diagrams, advice, background information and cautions about various aspects of aerobatics, as well as some anecdotes. 25 rows  Aerobatic maneuvers are flight paths putting aircraft in unusual attitudes, in air shows.

Precision Aerobatics is an invaluable reference for those seeking to quickly advance their flying skills and serves as an excellent guide for instructor-coaches. This book builds into the sport flyer's flight the natural progression of refinements needed to take flying to a whole new level of enjoyment and accomplishment.

By Ross Ewing This book is a "must have" for all pilots as it is the author's contention (and experience) that to fully understand "flying" it is necessary to have some experience in aerobatics.

It has pages, a soft cover, 21 very clear and original diagrams (each was designed by the author and then drawn by artist Adele Souster), 12 chapters and an index. All about Aerobatics book much as I enjoy Aerobatics by N Williams it does not tell you how to fly the maneouvers very well, IMHO.

Cassidy's book is very prescriptive and it is far easier to cherry-pick than read it cover to cover - a great book if you are intent on improving your aeros.

Press the up and down arrow keys in your keyboard to make the plane tilt up or down. Be careful not to hit the rim of the rings or any.

Many air forces, some navies, and even a few private organizations have established air display teams to perform in domestic and international air display teams perform aerobatics, while others give displays of formation flying or their operations such as air-sea French Patrouille de France, established inis the earliest flight demonstration team.

Here his our book review of the classic "AEROBATICS"by Neil williams - guess what this is about. This will be the first of a series where we take the teachings of a book bit by bit and relate.

For the serious aerobatics student or pilot who wants to learn more about aircraft control, Basic Aerobatics is the best-illustrated, most thorough manual on the market today. Learn all you need to know to perform exciting maneuvers such as spins, loops, Cuban Eights, barrel rolls, and more - safely and precisely.

While it does cover how exactly to do specific manuevers, it is more about the sport of aerobatics and competition/5(3). Here's what people are saying about our Advanced Aerobatics manual: "You asked for my evaluation of your book and all I can say is it's excellent and I wouldn't change a thing.

I tell people that if they read these books they will win their class!" - Eric Henderson. Aerobatics Column, Model Aviation. Aircraft Spruce supplies components for a wide variety of homebuilt aircraft and discount pilot supplies. Hey all, I was wondering if anyone knew of any good books about aerobatics out there.

I've been getting more involved in this area of flying and looking to start competing at the sportsman level.

I've been enjoying learning about all things aerobatics, so if you know of any books about techniques, figures, or just good stories it would be much. Publish your book with B&N. Learn More. The B&N Mastercard® 5% Back on All B&N Purchases.
